Message	His insurance will not cover damage to HIS car, however, they did insure the DRIVER and he still maintains liability for his driving (regardless of where he is). I don't know - I'm just talking here - but it would seem that the insurance company could opt out of covering his car - but he is still liable for any motor vehicle accident I'm sure.
